2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use this website. • Contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name, department / industry, inquiry type and message • Checklist request and the AI-adoption checklist: email address and your checklist answers • AI chat: the name and email address you enter to start a conversation, what you type in the chat and the AI's replies (conversation history) • Collected automatically when you submit: IP address (to prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions) • Access information: pages viewed, device and browser type, etc. (see “8. Cookies, Analytics and Ad Measurement”) The name and email address you enter in the AI chat are also stored in your own browser (localStorage) so you do not have to enter them again next time.
3. Purposes of Use
We use personal information only for the following purposes. • Answering your inquiries and having a team member contact you • Preparing quotations and concluding and performing contracts • Sending the requested materials and checklist, and informing you about our services • Providing the AI chat and improving the quality of its answers • Preventing unauthorized access, abuse and spam • Analyzing and improving how this website is used • Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising
4. Provision to Third Parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Outsourcing is described in the next section.
5. Service Providers We Entrust
To the extent necessary for the purposes above, we entrust the handling of personal information to the following providers. • Anthropic, PBC (United States): generating the AI chat's replies (processing what you type) • Supabase, Inc. (United States): storing inquiries, checklist answers and conversation history • Resend, Inc. (United States): sending confirmation and notification emails • Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting this website and analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) • Google LLC (United States): analytics (Google Analytics 4) • X Corp. (United States): ad measurement (X Pixel) • Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States): ad measurement (Meta Pixel, only while we use it)
6. Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries
All of the providers above are companies in the United States, and personal information may be handled on servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Information on the U.S. personal-data protection system is published on the website of Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission. Each provider handles personal information under its own terms of service and data-processing terms. On request, we will provide information on the foreign system and on the measures each provider takes.
7. About the AI Chat
To let a team member follow up and to keep a record of the conversation, the AI chat asks for your name and email address before you start. What you enter is used within the purposes above. Please do not enter sensitive information beyond what your inquiry needs — such as health information, bank or card numbers, or passwords. The AI's replies are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate; formal answers come from our team.
8. Cookies, Analytics and Ad Measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand and improve how this website is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access information, which is managed under Google's privacy policy; you can disable it with the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which collects statistics such as page views without cookies. To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, we also use the X Pixel provided by X Corp. The X Pixel sends X Corp. the pages you view, whether a contact form, checklist request or checklist was submitted (a conversion), identifiers such as cookies, your IP address, and device and browser information. The name, email address, phone number and message you enter in our forms are not sent. This information is managed under X's privacy policy (https://x.com/en/privacy), and you can turn off ad personalization and the use of this data in X's “Personalization and data” settings (https://x.com/settings/account/personalization). We may also use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. While we use it, the Meta Pixel sends Meta Platforms, Inc. the pages you view, whether a contact form, checklist request or checklist was submitted or the AI chat or LINE button was used (a conversion), the inquiry type, identifiers such as cookies, your IP address, and device and browser information. This information is managed under Meta's privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/), and you can stop its use for ad personalization in Meta's ad settings (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings).
9. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, including access restrictions, encrypted communication and authentication for administrative screens, and we supervise our service providers appropriately.
10. Requests Regarding Retained Personal Data
If you ask us to notify you of the purposes of use, or to disclose, correct, add to or delete, suspend the use of or erase your retained personal data, to stop providing it to third parties, or to disclose records of such provision, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law after confirming your identity.
